How it works: Add this order to your cart. We accept all credit cards, PayPal and financing via Klarna. Then let us know which style you love from the examples shown above. We'll locate your perfect antique vanity and send pre-work photos for your review. Once you approve the vanity, we will restore, enhance and refinish it in our fabulous shabby chic style. The custom order process takes roughly 10 weeks. We keep you up-to-date on the vanity's progress every step of the way.
Vanities are not usually in stock, these are antiques we find from an abundance of sources. We do not build them. Our vanities date back to the early 1900's and are all very well constructed from strong, old growth wood and with century-long durability. Reclaimed & restored elegance! We're not saying we find all our rare beauties in red barns ~ but, we have rescued some awesome pieces from barns over the years! The custom order process takes roughly 8 weeks. We keep you up-to-date on your item's progress every step of the way.
We always hand paint by brush. You will LOVE our craftsmanship! We only use USA made water-based, no VOC, lead-free paints. We never spray paint which, though quicker and cheaper, is lifeless and far less durable. We take our time and properly apply multiple coats of paint, {chic} indeed! We can add a touch, or a lot, of {shabby} with our weathered age distressed finesse. We will also match your custom color for $50. Color can be selected from Lowes, Home Depot or Benjamin Moore. Our named colors in the drop down are stock colors.
All antique furniture will have characteristic dents and dings here & there but we will ensure there are no major faults. Mirrors typically will have some age spots or ghosting but clear enough to apply makeup.The wood inside the drawers will have signs of use. We make them look rich and ensure drawers open/close easily. We use antique metal pulls and knobs with old patinas. Glass pulls may be available. Please inquire. The old wheels shown are not included, however, new hard wood replica wheels are available to buy. As beautiful as our vanities are in these photos ~ they are even more stunning in person!
