This listing is exclusively for Maiya Dacey and her client. This gorgeous wood buffet, "to be converted" into a double sink vanity, is 78-1/2" wide at the bulbous part of the legs/ 76" wide at the body x 36" high without the top x 21-1/2" deep. The beautiful design has some wood inlay. With 1 sink build-out it is $6,295. 2 sink build-out is an additional $200. Add up to 2" depth is an additional $50. For a total of $6,545. This listing is for 1/2 down. Balance will be invoiced for upon final approval.

This piece will be customized and restored. We will make make an area for the plumbing, faux the top drawer, modify the 2nd drawer and cabinets for plumbing centered at 19-1/2" from the body outer walls and reinforce the top frame to hold a heavy stone top. The original wood top will be removed. Sink vessel, faucets and plumbing are NOT included. We work with your specs to ensure perfect fits.

How it works: Add this order to your cart. We accept all credit cards, PayPal and financing via Klarna. This will reserve your space in our next available. batch. As this gets into woodworking we will go over more details. What we've confirmed already is:

The sink vanity will have 2 undermount sinks and countertop faucets.
The countertop will have a backsplash.
The wall will be tiled and has some baseboards. Depth will be added so the vanity will mount flush to the wall. (See 2 pictures showing depth added at the back - we make the addition look like part of the original furniture)
No traced template is needed.

INCLUDED CUSTOMIZATION:

1) Create an open, secure area for your plumbing, sink and faucet.

2) Clear your plumbing: Faux out and/or shorten drawers and modify with u shape and scoops.

3) Remove top and back, reinforce frame. Base installation ready.

4) Refurbish and clear coat drawers.

5) Stain cabinet interiors.

6) Finish: stain plus 2-3 coats waterproof top coat. Choice of satin or semi-gloss finish.

7) Shorten height, at leg bottoms, if needed.

8) Original antique hardware.


OPTIONAL ADD-ON CUSTOMIZATION:

- Increase/decrease depth $50 to $300

- Create cabinet storage AND turning drawer fronts into doors $500

Customization depends on the furniture's original drawer/cabinet configuration and dimensions. These will be advised as our team sends furniture pics that fit your specifics.



Our furniture dates back to the early 1900's and is all very well constructed from strong, old growth wood and with century-long durability unlike today's new cabinetry.

Photos and updates will be provided. Once finished, final photos will be sent for your approval prior to shipping.

All antique furniture will have characteristic dents and dings here & there but we will ensure there are no major faults. Any drawers will open/close effortlessly. We use original antique metal pulls and knobs with old patinas. As beautiful as this is in these photos ~ she is even more so in person!
