- **Materials**: Old growth antique wood, sealed with waterproof satin topcoat for lasting beauty.
- **INCLUDED ALTERATIONS**: We include 100% restoration (inside and out) and these premium features at no extra cost to ensure your vanity is the star:
1. Installation-ready with ample space for one sink, faucet & backsplash. (Based on your sink & faucet specifications.) 2nd sink space is extra. Choice of center or side sink placement.
2. Modified drawers (faux and functional U-shaped) to clear plumbing.
3. Reinforce frame, remove top & back, ready for marble, granite, or stone tops
(stone countertops not included, ask if needed, wood countertops are extra).
4. Refurbish, clean, and clear-coat drawers, for a fresh look without any musty odors.
5. Stain cabinet interiors. Cabinets will look beautiful inside!
6. Choice of stain color with several layers of waterproof topcoat or any 1 of our custom paint colors. Name brand, high quality, low VOC paints. No chalk paints.
Paint sheens are semi-gloss and gloss for maximum durability. Clear topcoat sheens are satin and semi-gloss. Paint, stain and topcoats are 100% hand brushed, not sprayed. Hand brushing gives the finish a richness that’s simply not attainable through spray applications.
7. Up to eight wood-carved filigree pieces for a more ornate look (inquire if for a wood vanity). Several photographed design layouts, on your selected piece of furniture, will be presented for your input and selection.
8. Precise height decrease from leg bottoms, if needed. Height increase is extra.
9. Mailed, traced countertop template, upon request, to provide to your countertop person in advance of receiving your vanity. Great time saver!!
10. Original antique hardware, with aged patina or changed to a different metallic color. (inquire about options). Closeup photos will be provided.
11. Remove old wheels, if any, and fill post holes.
13. Remove scrolls, filigree, etc for a minimalist look.
12. Stretch-wrap, tape and blanket wrap for ultimate safe, white glove delivery.
