She is in pretty good shape for her considerable old age. Some imperfections in the mirror's silvering but not bad for her approx. 1920's age. It all adds to her interesting charm! But if you find the mirror needs replacing it would probably cost about $70 from your local glass/mirror company.
Just needs a wire for hanging.
