Super gorgeous rose print fireplace screen for shabby chic decor! I love the rose print and display it here simply as free standing art on top of a table. Signed in print Wilf Walker.
It dates to around the 1950's. It is old. Age consistent wear with some missing gesso, crackled gesso, a few water marks on the print, scuffed gesso (see what marks) on the stand. Is all original and old. The print's corners need to be re-glued down.
This fabulous piece is something I have not seen in over 17 years of buying and selling shabby chic decor and furnishings. It is quite a lovely rare find and would make a wonderful conversation piece! Place in any room. No fireplace required 😊
